How can I automatic continue backup after error? And policy of Remote backup
hi, I have schedule 2 backup with Backup & Recovery 11 SBS, first backup on local disk, second on remote disk. If the first have a problem and was necessary an "iterations", but i can't do it.. Is where possibility to "atomatic terminate" the first project? Because if first not terminate, the second not started.
Is there a "line guide" for schedule disater recory on disc in other place.
Thanks
Mirko

Thank you very much!!
For Disaster Recovery I search "guide line" for use Acronis ad hoc. And now i try my Personal DR.. A was create a "complete" backup in lan of my customers. After I created a Ipsec tunnel from Customer to my company; so now I execute "incremental" backup based on complete... I backup all Volume.
This procedure is + or - ok... but there are a lot of giga and I want to know if there is a "best practice" for DR with Acronis.
Thanks

As I understand you want to minimize amount of data transferred over slow network and implemented a scheme where initial full backup is transferred on a physical media. It may work, but when your backups require consolidataion (if you don't want to accumulate incrementals inifinitely) agents will generate a new full backup over lan. The solution in this case would be to set up a managed vault on a storage node - it will perform cleanup tasks locally without transferring full backup from agents over the network. Optionally - with deduplication at client side (but check that storage node's performance is ok according to best practices - http://kb.acronis.com/content/37089 )

I had modify "silent mode" but error, blocked execute of other task... that's wrong?
For other, thank you very much!

What this interaction is about - i.e. what problem requires user interaction?

Thank you again!
After my post I not had other "interact" error so I wait...
But I have another (stupid) question.
You said "The solution in this case would be to set up a managed vault on a storage node - it will perform cleanup tasks locally without transferring full backup from agents over the network." I executed a consolidation "disater recovery backup" in my local lan (is not in lan of server) and I used a local program (on my pc) but, when finished all backup were here again. why didn't they become an "aggregates" (only 1) backup?
Thanks

Can you please post screenshots of schedule and retention rules configuration of backup plan, nad screenshot of vault contents with the backups that failed to consolidate?

No no, there isn't error, cosolidate "ends successfully" but all backups "are there". I re try to execute consolidate in remote (from "remote" server to my network) ..
Thank you very much!
