I can't select a NAS location for my backup

Thread needs solution

I have a Drobo5N NAS device connected to my network. I am running TrueImage 2014 on a Windows 8.1 system (and a Windows 7 system--both have the same issue). The problem I have is that when I try to specify the destination folder for a backup, my NAS drive IS shown under "NAS connections", but no directories are shown when I click on the NAS device.

Furthermore, the "Open" button remains grayed out, no matter what I enter into the "File Name:" box.

How can I get TI2014 to correctly access my Drobo?

You might also look at some of the links found when using a forum search (top of page)
using "path to NAS" as the search topic

I don't use NAS so unable to be more specific.

If you find a solution, it would be helpful toothers if you could post it.
