ACRONIS TI 13 crashed my computer
I loaded TI-13 onto a new computer and discovered that I was installing over my allotment of installs. BUT prior to the warning I had installed the press F11 reboot feature. As I really could manage without it, I uninstalled the program.
Now I get this message when booting the computer:
STARTING ACRONIS LOADER...
ACRONIS LOADER:NO CONFIGURATION FILE PRESENT
PRESS TO REBOOT
and it repeats when is pressed over and over going nowhere!
I went so far as to wipe both HD's and reload the Operating system and it still gives the same message.
Have W-7 Pro x64 Disc 0 (c)System and Disc 1 is System Reserved. Any ideas on how to help it find itself??

Tinker,
I am not a technician. Do you have any backups that you could restore?
Have you tried booting from the TI Recovery CD and use it to disable the startup recovery manager.
Has TrueImage ever been isntalled on this computer before?

Thanks for getting back to me Grover. Have done all of that. First install of TI-13 on this computer as far as i know. I reinstalled TI-13 after the default specifically to uninstall it with that feature of the program. That glitch is imbedded deeply somewhere! Resetting the CMOS did no good. Finally just did a work-around and forced the boot to open the C Drive where the OS is and it apparently is going to start normally now. The glitch is there but computer is now ignoring it. I have removed Acronis-13 from all my computers so that is not going to happen again...

If you want to remove more of the left over, then run the TI cleanup utility, (link 4 below). Do read the text associated with the KB cleanup article--particularly the common instructions..
Afterwards reboot the problem machine with the Windows Recovery CD and do a Startup repair.
Sometimes the Startup Repair must be executed more than once is order to the get the repair to be complete.
