Registering a product

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I just registered my PC backup and recovery True image 2013 and as it mentions that do not worry if you lose your license code it will be there on your account. I searched around on my account but it does not show the license number anywhere. It does show that 1 product is registered. Does it just take some time to show up.

Check your account again. Follow link 9 below and check if serial number can be found at the spot as shown in the display.

Thanks for your reply I have already tried the steps you have mentioned and it still does not show it. Perhaps it does not show up because it is a box version.

In order to show in your web account, the serial number must be registered into the same user name and email accounts as used when logging into the Acronis website and looking at what files available for download.

The serial should be a 64 char serial and I would use a magnifying glass on the boxes numbers to accurately determine the numbers and letters. Once oyu write all 64 charactes in a notepad account, then copy them into your clipboard and paste them into the registering to proof their accuracy.

Note: If any of the 2013 files are listed for download, then the serial has to be registered and serial available.

Do you have other versions you have registered so that prior registrations appear in the "All Serials" listing.
