Каждый раз, после закрытия программы продолжает работать процесс Acronis True Image Home и потребляет ресурсы компьютера, грузит одно из ядер на 100 %. С каждым открытием и закрытием программы запускается ещё один процесс и т.д.
Такое наблюдается как на Acronis True Image Home 2013, так и Acronis True Image Home 2014.
Как решить проблему?

Each time, after closing the program continues to run the process Acronis True Image Home and consumes computer resources, loading one of the cores at 100%. With each opening and closing the program starts another process, etc.

Также, после восстановления образа системного диска появляется надпись, что резервное копирование не выполнялось, и кнопка "Восстановить" недоступна.

Неужели эти вопросы слишком трудные для специалистов Акронис, или они этот форум не читают??
