Cant connect to console anymore, HELP!

Thread needs solution

We use a SBS2011 Standard and ABR11.5
Not shure if it happened after the update or a server update but The MANAGED MACHINE SERVICE crashes as soon as I open one menu in the console. It restarts but it breaks down again all the time.

I noticed following error, stating that a file is missing. I suppose it is a backup file which is missing. I now think about reinstalling ABR from scratch or is there any way to delete all schedules somehow outside if the ABR Console?

No, it's just a low-level error that is returned if service is not running.

crashes as soon as I open one menu in the console. It restarts but it breaks down again all the time.

Does it now crash after restart even if you do nothing, or only after you go to the menu (which one exactly) ?
