Error with full backups (incrementals OK)

Thread needs solution

Having consistent errors with our full backups. Incremental backups are completing OK however. I couldn't find any information on these errors in the Acronis KB. Commonly repeating errors are below, full log is attached. Any help is appreciated.

Some info that may or may not be relevant:

It looks like interaction occurred during reading the file from a network share (//ts1/pvhaarchives/Obsolete/JanetFine/1985.29.164.tif ) and was cancelled or silent mode was turned on in backup options - so all interactions cause backup cancellation. The reason may be missing credentials for this share. You can check if it happens if only local files are included in the backup. It also may be caused by unstable connection with USB disk - you can try with a backup to local disk to rule it out.

Interesting then that this is occurring with full backups and not incrementals. I'm guessing there are a handful of specific files causing the issue, that aren't normally modified and thus aren't included on the incremental backup.

Thanks for the info, I've disabled silent mode and will wait for the next backup to see what prompts or notifications come up. I completed a backup of only the local files without issue, so it definitely seems to be related with the network files. Next full backup is this Thursday (Feb 6) so I'll keep you posted.
