Anyone having problems installing and using TrueImage 2010 via download

Is anyone in the audience having problems with TrueImage 2010 after it's installed. I am and was wondering if I'm the only one. I would like feedback pro and con. Thanks

I will do everything possible in order to resolve the issue you experience, but first can you please clarify the issue in more details? Provide step-by-step actions you perform and exact error messages (if any) you receive. If possible create screen shots of the error.

If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

- Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;

- Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;

- Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;

- Choose Paste command in Edit menu;

- Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.
