Program has stopped working, Please help!!

Bit new to this program so not sure how it works. I have a dual boot system. Vista 32bit and Vista x64. Raid 5 array. Never used the software it came with a custom build Laptop. Not even sure I know the product code key even! Anyway, I start the pc and get these messeges on start up..... How do I fix this? If I remove and re-install what effect will that have on my PC if any???
