Option: Run backup at next system startup if the computer was switched off

Hi,
This is my configuration:
Windows 8.1
Acronis 2014 Build 6614

In the help is present the advance option "If the computer is switched off when the scheduled time comes, the operation won't be performed. You can force the missed operation to run at the next system startup. To do so, select the Run at system startup check box.( see appunti02), but this option is not available (see appunti01).

I hope clear: if not pls tell me !!

My version is TIH 2014 6673 and the same problem I have. When the pc is not running at the time when the backup shoult be started this backup is also not done when the pc is started the next time. The related option I have activated and I was expecting the backup will start. In the log everthing looks fine but the backup is not started. Has someone a suggestion whats going wrong here?
