When connected to management server, cannot create, edit or run backup tasks, but no error

Thread needs solution

This is on Windows 8. All services (Vault, Agent, Management Server) are running on the same host.

I managed to create a backup task. Now when I press "Run", the details pane at the bottom opens, but the task doesn't appear to start (no entries in the log, status change or anything).

When I want to edit the task, it lets me change any fields, I can press "Save", but the changes are not applied - if I edit again, I see the old settings.

When I press the "Delete" button and confirm with Yes, nothing happens.

When I create a new task, nothing happens.

When I connect to the agent/host directly, everything works. If I create a new plan there, it does not appear in the management server (not sure if this is expected behaviour).

If I restart the "Acronis Managment Server Service", I can then do A SINGLE CHANGE (like change the name of a backup job). Subsequently, the behaviour above persists.

Hello Michael,

the described behavior is surely not expected one and needs to be investigated.

Please contact our support team for investigation.

Thank you.
