Not able to add a VM host or do a restore and create VHD files from backup

I am having issues with my Acronis 11 management server. When I attempt to do a restore of a server to a VM, it is not giving me any options for VM hosts or for just creating files to put on a host.

I have not setup Acronis up or worked with it in a long while. Just taking the role back over after a year and half. What am I missing that I can't convert to a VHD? Trying to restore to Virtual Box.

And what options are there? Is there any difference if you connect to an agent directly and select the same archive?

It doesn't give me any option. It just comes up with a blank screen and OK is greyed out.

About to just have to restore to a physical server...

With connecting to the agent directly - the same? The describe d behavior may happen if you initiate restore from the Management Server and have no agents added to it (or no agent online). Try to connect to some machine where Backup&Recovery Agent is installed and perform the same steps.
