Firewall logs from server when task starts

This is a weird problem that I am having. I have a server that has had two ip addresses in it's life. We switched to a new IP scheme a few years ago. We recently moved to Backup and Recovery 10 (build 10.0.11105) to back this server up. I'm performing a simple full backup on Monday and incrementals the rest of the week all to an external hard drive. Now the problem is that every time this task starts we get errors from our corporate firewall. The errors are from the newer IP address of the server wtih the destination address of the old IP address of this server. And the destination port is always 23232. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to stop these errors?

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

I suggest you to reinstall Acronis software. This will allow to re-register Acronis Agent using the current IP address. In this case it is preferable to remove the previous installation by means of Add or Remove programs utility and to perform a clean install.

I noticed you are not using the latest build.  You may want to update the build, the issue is not addressed in the new build at this point, however it is generally a good idea to be up to date.
