How clone VMWare server (ESXI 5.1) using Acronis True Image?

I have Acronis True Image 2013 and have cloned a VMWare server (ESXI 5.1 Free version) but cloned hard drive won't boot because it says "boot partition not found." Any suggestions?

Hardware: Dell Optiplex 7010 with SATA-III Hard Drives
Newer, cloned hard drive is 1TB while older hard drive is 250GB.
I needed to upgrade/expand disk space so that is the reason for replacing hard drive.

P.S. - Yes, I know there are other ways to replace the VMWare server's hard drives but this would be the fastest, easiest way.
