Licence Server not Updating

Hi,

We have just setup acronis snap deploy we use the bootable media to deploy to our PC's or Laptops but its not showing a licence used.

Does the licence server only update when PXE deploy is used?

I completely understand your concern and will be glad to shed some light to the situation.

Actually License Server is updated when the license key is used, and the license is used when the image is deployed . In case you are using the Bootable Media CD it looks like this: 

Machine is booting from the Bootable Agent -> Bootable Agent is checking the License Server for available licenses: it passes the information regarding the MAC address of the machine to the License Server, which either replies with the new license or with the information that there is already a key bound to that MAC.

So the license should appear as "Used" in the License Server only after the deployment.
