NAS share backup
For those of you that face trouble to backup your NAS, I suggest to check the following:
1. Make sure that the account you use to start Acronys True Image to reach the NAS is using your NAS account credentials. I have done that by securing that I run my Acronys System Services at the account name as used with my NAS. (Windows 7 > Open 'Services' > you find three entries with Acronys > I used 'Properties' > Log On and set them all to the NAS specific account
2. As Acronys apparently does not enable to backup complete NAS shares, make sure that you do not select all directories within the share as to be backed up. As I intended to backup the entire share, it took me a while to find out what happened, but now I have simply added a dummy directory at the share, called "DummyFolder to Enable Acronys", that I exclude from backup. Now my backup from NAS is enabled.
Hope this is helpful for those that are struggling with this as well.
