User Name & Password Issues on UNC Shares
I was able to backup folders but then True image just started giving me this error
Access to the file or folder is denied. (0x40014)

filename = "\\Server"

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again (0xFFF0)

1. I have erased the credentials in Windows Credentials Manager and re entered them.
2. True Image doesn't even offer the line above the share asking me to enter credentials (It did before but not now)
3. This is a new install of Win 8.1 and fresh install of True Image 2014
4. I have tried after a reboot with no other windows open and still doesn't work
I have no issues accessing these shares from File manager in windows.
And Trueimage has no issue accessing the UNC Shares to store backups
I really need to access these shares in Trueimage so I can back them up.
The main confusion for me is what is happening in the background that is not having true image ask or allow me to enter credentials but still causing the backup to fail because the credentials it has are bad.

Make sure that you have no mapped drive, or yet accessed a share, or backup/sync or other software that might have use other credentials. With Windows, each user sessions can use only one set of credentials per networked computer (regardless of the shares of that computer).
You can use the "net use * /delete" command to terminate any existing connection. Delete any stored windows credential. Reboot and try again.

The real issue is it no longer allows me to set the credentials for network directories.
And even though I can copy files using windows it fails on backups
