Thread needs solution

I have problem making Acronis Bootable Media; get error message 0x18000B? Did they check this before releasing?

I saw the same thing. This happens when both Disk Director 12 and True Image 2014 are selected. I was able to correct the problem by copying ti_boot.so from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\MediaBuilderHome to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Acronis\MediaBuilder. ti_boot.so needs to appear in both folders.

Ludovit Cap, were you able to create a bootable DVD and run Disk Director 12? I can make a DVD - thanks to ti_boot.so - but Disk Director 12 hangs during boot up. (True Image 2014 boots okay from the same DVD though.)

Hello Ludovit,

we are very sorry for this inconvenience!

We've released a new build which contains a fix for this issue. It can be downloaded under your account.

Thank you.

This isnt't fixed! I have the same error when trying to make a bootable media with TI2015, DD12 and Universal Restore, error 0x1800B mouse.com!
With all the newest releases! Please fix it!!!!!! It is unbelievable, that such a problem is still in this software!

Made it the same why like Mustang, just copying missing file in both folders and it worrks now.
