I got an error from my client during backup as below, please help to advice what we can do ?

Try the singel pass option (if you have license for it) or sector-by-sector backup option.

If you need just a disk backup (and single-pass was enabled automatically), edit the plan and turn it off. If you need single-pass backup, this error happens if Acronis VSS provider is selected in backup options - change it to System Provider (Microsoft VSS provider)
