Can't Delete CREATING ASZ Tasks from Scheduler

Thread needs solution

I have three CREATING ASZ tasks that cannot be removed from the Acronis scheduler (options for RUN, STOP, EDIT, and DELETE are grayed out and unavailable). I investigated using the schedmgr.exe to ZAP the tasks, but I've got a list of 19 tasks listed when I do a GET LIST. As I have no idea which task is which (tasks are identified only by GUID descriptors) - how do I remove the tasks from the Acronis interface?

Alternately, how do I determine which task is which by the GUID that's listed? Any help would be appreciated...

You can install acrocmd (command-line tool) and delete it from command line - there they are listed with names. User --output=raw option to get full length guid.

Thank you for your comments and I apologize for the (very) late delay in responding. I finally got a chance to try the acrocmd.exe CLI program as you suggest. Unfortunately it only got more confusing as the CREATING ASZ tasks in question don't even show up on the acrocmd list plans command output! As the attachment shows, the first screen shot is of the actual scheduled tasks interface pane in Acronis v11.5. The bottom of the attachment shows the results of the acrocmd list plans -- output=raw command. As you can see - the creating ASZ tasks aren't even seen by acrocmd.

Short of uninstalling and reinstalling I'm thinking this is just some kind of bug in the software. It's not really worth my time and energy to uninstall and reinstall however so I'll just chalk it up to an Acronis issue.

Thanks for all your help.

Is it shown in acrocmd list tasks (instead of plans) output?
Yes, it's a bug. 'ASZ' task was mistakenly marked as of 'unknown' category, and any action, including deleting, with such tasks, were prohibited.
