Cannot find specified archive - Need default setup for RDX cartridges?!

Hi Support,

I have suffered with this problem for months. Our customer is running a full backup of 2 disks to a Tandberg RDX cartridge every night. Each morning the RDX cartridge is swapped out for a new one. Each following day after the cart has been switched:

Acronis is constantly failing to backup with error code 7.

The only way I've found to correct this is to format the RDX and point the backup location onto the cartridge again to recreate the metadata.

Should Acronis be able to handle different RDX cartridges? I seem to get this working for a week if I format all 5 carts and setup again. I'm sure there is a standard setup on how I should be configuring this!
