Failed to create backup plan

Thread needs solution

I have some problems with backup plans i get the following error:

I gave rights to Acronis Managed Machine Service
and to some DLL's what was needed but it still doesnt work see the error log below:

Acronis support will probably just ask you to delete the policy and recreate it. And it will probably still have the same error.

Can you please let me know, what is your backup location. Unfortunately I do not have all the information, however, from my experience, this issue could occur because of a credentials problem. I believe you are backing up to NAS and have not provided the correct credentials for it.

In the backup plan creation, I recommend to click on the advanced view checkbox and Click Change next to Access credentials under Where to back up.

If this does not resolve the issue, I would appreciate if you could submit a support request with an AcronisInfo report and a description of your backup scenario.

I solved most of the problems regarding this error codes.

what I did:

let Acronis acces all services on the target machine with the same username and password.
if you are working with a domain use: DOMAIN/username
