Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 backups do not complete

I upgraded from ABR 10 to ABR 11 (Build 17437) recently.

Most of the client workstations and servers backups do not complete now. The behavior for both ABR 11 Advanced Workstaion and Advanced Server backups are that the backup quickly goes to 15% completed (Progress tab shows 20%) and then just stays there forever and the backup never completes. There's no errors, just stays forever at 15% (all of them).

A few backups are completing but there's no pattern. Some of the Advanced Workstation are still ABR 10 and some are ABR 11. But it seems to be worse for the ones upgraded to ABR 11.

The Advanced Server were at least backing up in version 10 but when I was working with Acronis tech support, they recommended to upgrade to version 11. They even upgraded one for me but that one isn't backing up anymore either. The backups for all of the servers have not run after that exhibiting the above hanging at 15% symptom. I'm not sure of the significance of stopping at 15% as there are no error messages or logs.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Just an update.

Some other thread here in the forums suggested backing up to a unmanaged network share so I tried that.
When I modified the server backups to back up to a shared network folder, the backup completed. But as indicated above, not to a managed centralized vault area.

I like backing up to a managed vault so I hope this can be corrected. Although I hate the ongoing issue where the cleanup jobs just keep queueing up when using a managed vault, since they run only one at a time (also huge ongoing problem for us since ABR 10, but's that's another issue). I hope Acronis can fix all these issues.

I have tried to stop the jobs, but they will not stop from the Acronis managemnet console. I have to kill all the services ( kill one task to get the service to stop ) and restart all.

Has there been any headway made on this?! I am running into the same exact thing but only with one of my backups. Sadly it is the backup of the company common drive. I want everything to be in the managed vaults... Guess I will try an unmanaged and see what happens.

Can you please describe your scenario in more details? Are "Use Volume Shadow Copy Service" and "multi-volume snashot" options enabled?
