Updating the Acronis Scheduler module
Like many others reporting on this board, I am having problems with Full Backups Overwriting when they are set not to do so.
Acronis advised there is an update to the scheduler:
http://forum.acronis.com/content/1518 Updated - Dec 3, 2009
I ran it on my system and it didn't improve things but am not sure the update worked as properties on the Schedul2.exe object both before and after show the same version detail - File Version: 1.0.0.352 Date Modified: 12/11/2009 3:49am. (I’m running TI2010 b6053 on Win7 Professional)
The Acronis link to the update downloads 'scheduler_385.zip' - so presumably the update should take the current version to 1.0.0.352
Can anyone confirm whether the update to the scheduler resolves the overwrite problem as well?

Thanks Ilya,
I managed to run the update again and this time captured the code as it executed - see attached.
Looks like an authority issue is preventing the update from occuring yet I am running from an Administrator account type.
Please advise what to do.
