Acronis Installation Failed
Hi Guys,
I have an issue with Acronis installation.
I am running Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 on a Windows 2003 Server platform and it was working perfectly fine. Recently, I tried to upgrade the product to the latest build which is the Acronis Backup Advanced 11.5 Build 38774.
I downloaded the installation file from Acronis website and everything was OK until that point. However, when I tried to run the installation, error occurred (please refer to the error screenshot in the attachment).
Any of you guys have any experience with regards to this? Appreciate any help from you guys.

I have tried to run the file from CMD (run as admin mode), but error: access denied.
FYI, I logon using administrator account already.

Try solutions from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942091 or edit Zone.Identifier alternative stream of the executable file in notepad setting the zone to e.g. 0.
