Acronis Snap deploy 3, PXE wake on lan

Hi all,

Im having problems getting acronis to wake my machines, i can manually boot the PC to connect to the pxe server by entering the boot menu and picking the network boot, this then connects to the acronis pxe server, however i cant get my machines to wake on Lan, The acronis management software will just sit there saying "waiting for machines"

ive checked the Mac address and this is correct, is there a service which should be running? ive installed the wake on lan proxy but dont see this as a service on my server.
