I received this alert below by email, i do not know if i need to do something.
Could you help me?

This error means that management server could not connect to its MS SQL database. Please check that machine with SQL Server installed is running.

All is running ok, but I need to run some kind of scan to fix corrupt archives? .... or Was only an alert of problem connection of that moment?

Yes, it was alert about connection problem of that moment. No need to scan archives.
