When booting True Image v11 via 'CD/USB' creating an image, is there a way to copy from .txt source & paste into Comments Box?
When I boot True Image 'via my CD or USB stick' to create a backup image, and when it comes time to type in some comments, I would like to copy/paste them into that comments box instead of typing everything over again. I keep a running list of notes in a text file of what changes I've made since the last backup as I go along, and to re-type that again each time I make a backup 'via CD/USB' is a pain ....it would be nice to somehow copy/paste what I have previously written into the comments box.
While using True Image within Windows of course it's easy since you just use ctrl-c from select-all within the text file, and then ctrl-v into the Comments Box, and that always works fine; but again the big question is - How To Do That When Not in Windows, and booting via a CD/USB environment?
I made my standard bootable CD & USB via the built-in option from within my installed version of True Image itself, perhaps there is a fancier way of creating the bootable media that puts in the ability of the copy/paste function that I want to do? If there is, how do I accomplish that task and/or where to go to find out?
One thing though I specifically want to accomplish this using the older True Image Home v11 (Not Home 2011)
Can it be done?
Thank you

Thanks for the reply.
I did always realize that I could never copy contents from one 'already created' backup .tib to another within its gui, that's why I always kept a running install.txt of what I was doing, which is fine. Now that you mention it though that would be a nice feature if we could, but I'm digressing.
I'm in the process of installing Mustang PEBuilder 2 with its plugin for True Image 2013 since I'm a registered user of that version too, but just to see if that will let me open a txt file and let me use copy/paste like that, but I ran into a snag with Mustang PEBuilder 2 creating the iso, so I posted in that thread about it there.
I was sure that I could do it in a WinPE environment?
Are you confirming that in a WinPE environment I can not do a copy/paste by opening a .txt file and when I get to the point of creating the image, and the Comments Box comes up?...but after-all it will let you type in it. Again though in Windows I Can copy/paste from a .txt into the Comments Box gui, and back and forth easily, but are you saying I can't do that in a WinPE environment then?
I was just about to buy Mustangs Plugin for True Image v11 Home which is what version I want to do it in, and so for now I'll hold off till I get confirmation. That's why I've installed TI 2013 and using PEBuilder 2 to see if I can do it there, then I'll buy the v11 plugin. Maybe Mustang will have some comments about it.

I tested the copy/paste operation in the WAIK version of MustangPE. I used the ctl-c and ctl-v method to copy text from notepad.exe to the comment box in TI 2014. It worked.

I'm happy to say even before I just saw read your post that I concur that it works in your setup called MustangPEBuilder 2 ADK version with TI 2013 of which I've installed and tested tonight now, I was very pleased to see that I could indeed open a .txt file and ctrl-c on it and ctrl-v into the TI Comments Box, and vice-versa... awesome! ...but I'm still having a problem getting the Mustang PEBuilder 2.238 to create an iso that shows up so that I can try it there too, of which I will post more about that in your other thread that I posted and you answered here https://forum.acronis.com/forum/17630?page=3
