Cannot create file, insufficient privileges

Thread needs solution

When attempting to backup to a network drive I receive the error "cannot create file, insufficient privileges". I am logged on as administrator.
I am using TI 9.0

I am unable to identify the exact reason of the encountered issue without additional information. As I can see in our database, you have upgraded to Acronis True Image Home 2010, and you are unable to provide us with the log file of the failed operation. To help us to find the reason of the issue you should have provided us with the log file of the failed operation:
- Start Acronis True Image;
- Select Tools -> Show log;
- Choose the log entry which contains errors;
- Click on the diskette icon, choose the location (folder) and save there;
- Attach the log file.
