Error when loading Image file
My computer used to restore images fine. (And I believe it does still restore relatively new images). But ones it used to load (older) it will no longer load. And I've made no system or hardware changes to cause it. I don't really know what the problem is because the error message goes by so fast I can't read it.
In Windows when I tell it to load the image file every thing looks OK. Then it boots/reboots (to DOS?) or wherever and the Acronis graphic comes up on the black screen and a few more words (which is normal from what I can tell). Then some error happens and it displays a message but it goes by (goes blank/reboots, etc.) so fast I can't tell what it says. Is there any way have it log those messages? They don't show up in the regular log and I can't find any other files in the any of the Acronis folders that appear to be log files showing what went wrong.
I'm sorry if that wasn't clear. If you need more information please just ask. Does anybody know a way to find out what's going wrong or to log those messages?
Thanks so much,
Ricky Hunt

I'm sorry. It's True Image Home version 11.0 Build 8.101. I will try with the Rescue CD ASAP. I'll try to give more details at what point it happens. I don't know the correct terms for the part of the process I'm talking about so that's making it hard to explain. I even tried video taping it to see if I could see the message but still no luck. I'll report back ASAP. Thanks.
