Acronis TI 2015 Not Responding and Crashing

Thread needs solution

During bets testing whenever I opened Acronis TI 2015 I would receive an application not responding message. I thought it was due to the fact I was running in a virtual machine. WRONG, after installing 2015 on my production machine the problem is even worse. Not only do I get not responding but it also crashes. Needles to say 2015 has been uninstalled and 2014 reinstalled. Thank goodness I didn't purchase this upgrade. Note: I do have a complex system. This problem could very well be caused by the fact I'm using two CineRAID 4 bay enclosures attached via USB3. At least 2014 is still working.

Do you get any error messages when it crashes?

I suggest enabling Windows dump and activating it so it grabs the crash data, then make an Acronis system report, then raise a support ticket with Acronis.

Hello everyone,

by the first start of the application after it's crash, it suggests to send Feedback with a needed for investigation dump information and optionally with System Report attached. This might be the easiest way to report about the problem.

Since Acronis TI 2015 has so many other problems. Most notably all of the features that have been removed. I uninstalled 2015 and reinstalled 2014.
