Will not work on hp z turbo drive

can someone help.... I have a z620 workstation....it came with a E5-2609 v2 processor and I installed a second E5-2609 v2 processor on a second riser board. the computer came with 64gb of ram and I upgraded to 80gb. the computer came with a 256gb solid state drive and I took it out and replaced it with a 512gb hp z turbo drive, that works on a pci slot (made by hp and Samsung), that just came out 6 months ago. I then purchased acronis and attempted to clone the solid state drive to the new hp(and Samsung) z turbo drive. acronis would not clone to this hard drive so I had to get the system recovery disks from hp to put an operating system on this new z turbo drive. since I could not clone to this drive will I be able to clone this drive if I have a problem or is it too new for any software to work?

I replaced the NVidia Quadro K600 1gb graphics card with the AMD FirePro W7000 4gb graphics card

I forgot to mention that I am running the z turbo drive as operating system and have 3 hitachi 3tb hard drives for storage for a total of 9 1/2 tb of hard drive space
