Is it possible to carry out the above action with Acronis True Image Home 2010?

I wish to backup my XP drivers ready to transfer to a new HD which will have Windows 7 installed on it.

If the answer is 'yes' might I request the method I should follow?

You could backup the XP drivers but not with True Image. Use the free Driver Magician Lite. Be aware though that some of the drivers may not work with Win 7.
