AMS system

Thread needs solution

Scenario backup of one machine duplicated onto another identical machine, sid selected to be changed after restore and then manually renamed machine to required unique name.
Machine works fine no problem, but when trying to add the new machine into the Acronis AMS system it fails and says already there if I remove the original then try to add the new all is fine until you re-try to add the other machine and system says already exists.
I've released the licenses for both and removed and re-installed the workstation software on both but still cannot get both recognised on AMS part of Acronis.
Also checked licenses and both show different and individual.
Any advise

Hello Daren,

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help.
To resolve the issue please uninstall one of the Agents using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Cleanup utility. After that install the Agent from the scratch using the second license. The issue should be resolved.
Please let us know the results, we should be sure that the program runs flawlessly. If the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question do not hesitate to post them and we will be glad to answer.
Thank you.
