Thread needs solution

I cannot get the boot disc to fully load on this coputer It goes part way to first screen and then freezes has anyone else had this problem

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue. I completely understand your concern and will be glad to provide you with a solution!

The problem could have been caused either by the lack of the drivers in the Acronis Bootable Rescue Media CD you are using or by issues with its loader. We have a fix for both: I have just sent you the links to the newer version of the bootable media with instructions how to use via PM, and would appreciate if you could kindly test it. It is based on another loader, so should resolve the problem for sure.

Unfortunately you didn't specify the full name of the application you have faced this problem with, so I'm going to provide you with the Bootable Media for both products you own: Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 and Acronis True Image Home 11.
