Installing 2015 on Windows 7 64bit fails
I've tried everything but 2015 won't install on my Win 7 laptop. It installs on both other machines running Win 8 (a laptop and a desktop). I've run the cleanup utility, deleted the old version, re-installed the old version, stopped services & processes, re-booted, ran CHKDSK, etc. Nothing works. Still get this at the end of the process (see attached); the words are "Installer cannot continue because one of the True Image tools is running. Please close the runnig tool and restart the installer".
Note mis-spelling of "running" in the last sentence.
HELP, please.

Thanks mtswago. I have been through the whole gamut of stopping services, processes, components, uninstalling the 2014 version, etc. Still no go. I hope there is an Acronis specialist who may be able to assist so I am waiting ...... waiting. I'll have a go with the "all users" tip though. Thanks again. Will advise if I get a success.
