Inside of an email from Acronis that I got today (asking for me to complete a Support Case satisfaction survey) I got this email address that says it is to Acronis management:

managers@acronis.com

Yeah, no I didn't have any illusions of "who" is actually on the other end of that email addy. That is why I shared it without making any suggestion as to what a person should do or expect from it. It is simply an email vehicle that (for all I know) may drop right back into the lap of the same person that you might engage in Support Chat.
