Server not Available = Recurring Error Message

Thread needs solution

For several days a recurring error message prevents final operation of disk cloning. All preliminary steps execute, but not commit.

Error Report indicates Acronis server is not available, even at early morning hours.

Review of help screens and reinstall/repair of True Image 2015 - no joy.

I have generated an Acronis System report

Error Code: 0x00640068+0x0009FFFF+0x0000FFF0+0x800706BA

I have used ATI for several years, and never had a similar problem.

Check in Windows Services.msc that the RPC server is set to automatic and running.
