"please open cd drive" RESOLVED
Thread needs solution
Using ATI 14 under win8 trying to create a media rescue disk I get repeated requests to 'please open cd drive". The green line progresses, but it never ends. While attempting various media (cd, dvd, re-formatted, etc) I get a message that says the media is empty and offers to format, but does not do it....just cycles thru the same message.
Tried on two laptops and one desktop.
I never had this problem with ATI 13.
Appreciate any help.
