Restore XP SP2 to virtual machine

Thread needs solution

I have the following products on hand-
Acronis Workstation Backup & Recovery 10 with universal restore (1 extra copy at work location)
Windows XP SP2 32 bit TIB image backed up with True Image 2013 (currently 80 GB will resize to 127 GB)
Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 SP1
Windows 7 Professional

Will this work to be able to restore my instance of Windows XP SP2 32 bit to a Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 SP1 environment running on Windows 7 Professional or do I need to purchase a different version(s) of Acronis True Image or workstation to make this work? Do I need a copy of Windows 7 Enterprise or Premium to make this work? Is that the only thing that will convert a TIB backup to a VHD? ...or can I just use universal restore to restore instead of convert directly?
I have read many articles like this one here but have not discovered the answer yet. https://kb.acronis.com/content/1889

You do not need Window 7 Enterprise or other version to do it. But Backup&Recovery 10 may be unable to read archives created by True Image 2013. If is able, you can use either metod - restore to a new virtual machine or boot virtual PC with bootable media and restore using Universal Restore (take the drivers from "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\UniversalRestore\DriversPack\" )

Thank you kindly for your prompt reply.

How do I, where is a tutorial, or manual page, or knowledge base article, etc. describing the steps
A. to find out what version of TIB archives might possibly be compatible
B. "restore to a new virtual machine"
C. "boot virtual PC with bootable media and restore using Universal Restore"

Direct links would be most helpful, I am sure to not only myself, but to many subsequent users who might happen upon this conversation as well. It would be very nice to not have to spend hours experimenting, searching and experimenting further. ...but rather to have a clear objective path to the successful end of a running virtual instance of my machine programming environment.

Thank You
Steve
