I purchased True Image 2014 on Aug 2 2014. Last week I changed over my computer and tried to reload the 2014 software. I can only find the 2015 version to download and that comes with an upgrade cost.
I am satisfied to remain with 2014 version and would appreciate any advice on how to obtain a download.
My request to Acronis has gone unanswered.
