Warning - backup destroyed by TrueImage
There's not much anyone can do to help with this, but I'm posting this to warn others of what can happen. I started a backup from the TrueImage Home 2010 interface and then stopped it by clicking Cancel. The backup I was running creates incremental backups. It deleted the full backup on which the incremental backups were based, so they're now all useless and I don't have the chain of backups.

Thanks, oracledba. I don't think it was because of a new full backup being created because when that happens all the other backups get left untouched; I haven't set it to deleted the previous backup chain.
Thanks for pointing out chain2gen. I'll have a look at that.

Hello Dave and oracledba,
Let me address this situation.
oracledba, thank you for the good suggestions! Yes, that's true that we had the issue with backup deletion, but it's fixed in the latest build.
Dave, could please make sure you use the latest build (6053), which is available here? To get access to updates you should first register Acronis software.
I'd like to make sure all your queries regarding Acronis products are resolved.
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.
Regards,

Alexander, thanks for getting back to me - 3 months after my original post. Better late than never, I suppose :)
