Can't perform operation in ADATA SP600 SSD
I'm using Acronis Disk Director in Microsoft Vista and I got problem when I try perform operation in ADATA SP600 SSD, whatever clone disk, copy volume, create volume and even can't change volume label. What the error message I got were including filesystem error, disk write error and other which can be found in attachment.
When I used Vista built-in disk management, I can create volume, format it successfully. However, what I want is clone the system and replace the hard disk with my SSD which the Vista can't do. Does anybody tell me what is going on and how to solve the problem?

Hello Channing,
the fact that Acronis Disk Director 10 is able to work with partition and Acronis Disk Director 12 isn't, is easy to explain. These software versions have different Acronis SnapAPI versions and therefore see your disks in different ways. When starting any operation Acronis Disk Director performs a quick check of the disk and newer SnapAPI version is able to perform a deeper analysis.
There are a couple of things that you can do:
1) check your disk for errors using CHKDSK or even better ADATA utility
2) start the desired operations from Acronis Bootable Media (check with both Linux- and WinPE-based versions)
If all of the above doesn't help, please contact our support with following reports:
1) Acronis system report collected using Acronis Disk Director 12 both from Linux-based bootable media and in Windows (User guide p. 24)
2) Acronis system report collected from Acronis Disk Director 10.0 media (if you still have one)
3) Start any of desired operations from Acronis Disk Director 12 media and save an operation log.
Thank you.
