I recently had to buy a new computer and need to reinstall True Image 10 & 11--I have the serial numbers. I also have the upgrade installation program for 2013, but I need to install 2010 & 2011 and I do not have the original downloaded files.

Can anyone steer me in the proper direction? Thanks a bunch, Dewey

Register your license key on the Acronis web site and then you will be able to download the installer.
