Renewed my maintenance license

Thread needs solution

I renewed my maintenance support for another year. I received the invoice and certificate numbers by email. I am trying to register the product but getting a message "Sorry, we haven't found the order in our database. Please verify that the submitted details are correct. If you believe you are getting this message by mistake, please click here."
It takes me in loops. Please someone help.
