Problem with restarting windows explorer

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I have TrueImageWorkstationEcho.8353_s_en.exe and Windows 7 Pro x86.
When I open *.tib file explorer has crashed (see image). I have installed SnapAPI.503_s_e_.zip
Acronis work normaly...
What is a problem?
I renamed TrueImage.exe to TI.exe because it (Acronis) did not work ( google :) )

Thnx and sorry for bad English ;)

I an't help address the original problem opening tib files except to say they should not be openable in explorer except by mounting them. They are in a propriatary format and explorer should simply tell you it doesn't recognize the file type or, if ATI is installed, mount the file as virtual drive.

Renaming a program file is generally illadvised unless you update all fo the registry entries associated with that program (usually an excessively onerous task).

Thanks for the post.
on the other computer works normally, the same OS, same program ... I can not what the problem is ... I have removed all and installed the new and the same problem again ..

Have you tried, in explorer to see if tib files are associated with ATI?
