Recover Files option doesn't appear for a daily backup to ASZ

I'm using Acronis True Image 2015 for PC on Windows 8.1 64-bit machine. I used previous versions happily, but decided I had to upgrade and move to this one when I changed my machine to 8.1. I don't like the new UI, but have I think I have come to terms with it.

What I cannot work out is why the Recover Files option seems to stop appearing on a backup that I have setup to run daily to ASZ. I'm using this as my main regular backup, so am concerned whether it would actually by viable if I need to restore from it.

The EXE is showing 18.0.0.6525. Not sure why they don't show the build information inside the product, or at least anywhere I can find.

I set up a new backup in ATI 2015 to do this, selecting disks and locations and set to daily, Incremental Scheme. All was well for a while, with the backup running nicely and ASZ filling. Then I decided a test restore, and found that the recover files option does not appear when I select the backup. (Backup button, My Backups, highlight the one and search for the option on the bar. Only operations and "Back up Now" are there)

So I stopped that one, and set up another. Same story ... after a period of time (weeks) I have now noticed that the recover files option is not there again. If I select a different backup (monthly to external HDD) then fine, that option appears.

So far as I can tell I have no way to restore anything from what is on the ASZ. The backup continues to run daily, merrily filling the ASZ.

My support with the purchase ran out after a short period. 3 Months?

Ideas welcome.

Determine from your set-up options in the expired support allows a recovery option or extended service, a dialog with them may be possible.
If back-ups sectors are corrupted or a virus has allocated itself to sectors the files may have not been written. Pro soft engineering may still have data rescue available. Check with a tech in their org. Just a WAG

Thanks Jingles. I don't need to do a recovery thankfully. Just need to work out why each time I set up a daily backup to the secure zone after a period of time I no longer get the "Recover Files" option ... in case I needed to restore from said backup.
