Cannot Use Acronis Cloud

Thread needs solution

After renewing my subscription to Acronis True Image 2015 Unlimited for PC and Mac, True Image 2015 App will not let me use Cloud, as it says I have to renew.

I have uninstalled True Image 2015, using the Acronis Cleanup Tool, and reinstalled as Administrator and with my anti-virus off. Still the same problem.

Any ideas? I appreciate any help, as Acronis Technical Support has looked at this twice, taking over my machine without result.

I found your support case and according to our experts there can be some connection issues.
Our suppoter will send you a detailed instruction on how to check if all required posts are open and if no other software blocks Acronis from accessing the network.

I have the same problem and also True Image says I do not have internet connection which is not correct. True Image may not recognize the connection.

I would appreciate a solution. I just discovered that my existing True Image has not been updating to cloud.
