Problem with machine not ready

Good morning, I have a problem with acronics snap

1)I installed the program on a server
2)I created the master copy of a new hard disk (I later shared)
3)the master copy contains of the operating systems:Windows 7 and Linux (
the computers are part of a domain)
4)I validated the master copy (it's ok)
5) I created the model and distribution
6)The master file is located on a shared hard disk (the folder that contains the master file was then mapped with the letter Z:)
6) I created the bootable CD on a USB stick
7)I used the usb stick on a machine to be reset
8)the program starts without any problems, but then the server (acronics snap server )tells me computer (client) is NOT READY

what is wrong?
I installed acronics snap with trial license.
