Hi,
The problem is that the Hyper-V VSS writer failed to process the VSS snapshot command. First of all try installing attached SnapAPI drivers update onto the Hyper-V host. If this doesn't help then the details of the error can be checked in Windows Event Logs from the Hyper-V host (the Hyper-V Logs). Please capture these logs + collect System Information outputs as described in https://kb.acronis.com/content/36248 and contact our support team for further assistance.
